Good afternoon everyone! Well the last few days have been rather productive for me, despite having a 9 week old puppy to watch constantly. While I haven't been able to work on any new products, I have been able to work on the site, as well as getting some product labels and cards of various natures done while she slept on or right next to me. As we have only had her a week, she still thinks that we are going to leave her, so she sleeps touching us. However, I don't mind, I love puppy snuggles. So, that is why things may look a little different around the site, and a little unfinished. I hope to be able to start working on new products next week, but we will see how things go with Eva.

No, not that kind, Yet. Hopefully some time in the near future I will be posting that Ben and I are expecting, but till then you will all just have to be excited about another kind of baby. A Puppy. This is Eva. She is about 8-9 weeks old and is a Bull Terrier Mix. We are not sure what she is mixed with, but we are figuring by her looks and build either a Pitt or Boxer. She is very playful, and loves to chew. Even though she drives me crazy while I'm at home with her all day, she's an over all good girl. Ben and I have figured out that she doesn't like to be too far away from one or both of us at any given time, and she loves to be touched, especially when trying to fall asleep. Right now we are having to deal with Kennel Cough, so she is extra snuggly; thankfully we caught this early and she is now on medication for it. She spends most of her day looking for Ben since he's at work, but when she can't find him she'll go back to playing. Ben says when I'm not around she does the same. It's good to know that she associates us as her people, and that we are a couple. Training is coming slowly since she is sick, but she's very smart and I have no doubt once she's feeling better it will take off.
Sooooo, needless to say I haven't been able to get much done for the business, between play time and "NO! don't pee there, outside" and clean ups from said "don't pee there!". Even as I write this post, I am having to do it one handed, seated not at my desk, but on the floor with her asleep on my lap. At least she's sleep, that's a welcomed change from the past three days. So, I will do my best to get new products made and uploaded to the site and Facebook, but it may be slow. I will ship orders out as they come in, as I can; if they will be a little delayed I will contact you to let you know. -Jen and Eva ![]() I'm sure many of you can finish that phrase. For those of you that cannot, it is from a recent movie that is titled The Greatest Showman. It is the main theme to one of the songs in the beginning of the movie. I have added the link to the video at the bottom of this post. But it fits for me right now as I am trying, and frankly struggling, to get my business going, and profitable. A million dreams is all it's gonna take is so true. Between dreams of being successful, dreams of just owning my own business so that when we have kids (should the Good LORD choose to bless us) I can be home with them but still bringing in some income, to dreams of what I will make, there are millions of dreams that go into something like what I am trying to do. And many of those dreams frankly will never come to pass. That's just reality. But if you don't have dreams to reach for, strive for, you will never go, do, or be anything but what/where/who you are now. So just because a dream didn't come true, or came true differently than what you had thought and hopped it would, don't stop chasing them. Always Dream, and Always reach for those Dreams. Because you never know when, where, or how (or sometimes Who) they will come true. God gives us Dreams and hopes for a reason. -Jen " A Million Dreams" The Greatest Showman |
